Headed to West Town for Do Division Street Fest this weekend?

The community area is made up of neighborhoods like Ukrainian Village, Wicker Park, and Noble Square. While it was home to many European immigrants at the turn of the 20th century, Latinx residents later became the majority population. More white and affluent residents moved in by the early aughts.

West Town Chamber of Commerce marketing director Kaylen Ralph shares her recs 👇

Something to eat: "Oggi Trattoria's rigatoni alla vodka is my ultimate comfort food. This family-run Italian restaurant has a heartwarming history. All Together Now is great for dining in, happy hour, or picking up a few things from their market to assemble your own charcuterie board.

Something to see: "West Town is Chicago's emergent gallery district. Galleries come together for West Town First Fridays, so you can plan your own self-led gallery walk before dinner."

Something to do: “We're proud to be Chicago's summer fest capital. Head to West Town for live music, food, and local shopping on three different weekends: Do Division, June 2–4; West Fest, July 7–9; and Dancing in the Streets, Aug. 4–6.”

Something to listen to: “A playlist featuring the Do Division bands.”
